Dear Lynn, Sally & Families
We're so sorry to learn of Gary's passing. He was quite a guy; one of a kind. His larger than life personality only disguised the soft hearted person he truly was. K. Gary left me with a lot of great memories from the pool construction and duck hunting days. He may be gone but never forgotten. Hugs to you both.

Lynn, Sally & Families,
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your Dad. I have lots of great memories of your Dad from the years my kids went to BES and especially when Jane taught swimming lessons at the pool and spent time at your house with Sally. He spoke of you both with such pride. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Mary

Lynn & Sally, We are saddened to hear of Gary's passing. Bob loved his visits with Gary & neighbors exchanging stories. He always came home with a new one to tell me. Some great times we have had with our "road" parties over the years. May you be blessed with the memories of your dad. Bob & Janice

Many fond drag racing memories of our dear friend, Gary in the '60's and '70's shown in photo on the right.
The A.&W. Drive-In coffee cup challenge. Gary once ordered a tray of empty coffee cups and proceeded to see who could hit the telephone pole across the street. Drag racing member caravans to Winterport, Maine and Lower Sackville, NS. It was none other than Gary himself who introduced me to my wife, Ann Marie who was a hostess at the A.&W.
Rest In Peace dear friend.

I was so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. He was someone I'd never forgotten and often thought of. I have good memories of Gary mostly from my pool days, but also from spaghetti supper nights and time spent at the Black house. Always willing to give his honest opinion, even as a teen it didn't take long to see through his tough exterior. Take comfort in the days ahead, spent with family and friends. Hold tight to your memories, and take care of yourselves.
Much Love,
Jane McConchie
