Dear Mrs. Cyr and Family,
I have known Robert, Tara and their children, Lauren, Colin and Kate for several years and while I did not have the privilege to know all of the family. I want you to know that you can be very proud of your son and his family. Their dedication to their Church and their community is commendable, and is often lost in today's world. However, it takes great people to rise above the fray and go the extra mile to make a difference. That happens when they have been inspired by great parents and family.
My sincerest condolences,
John Smith

Marlene & Family,
Brothers John, Richard, and I are proud sons of "Connie" and Mary O'Reilly and proud nephews of Jack and Corinne Barry - all of us lumbermen and all of us would refer to Romeo as our best friend in the business as we followed the footsteps of our father and Uncle Jack. I could never count the number of trips each of us went on with Romeo over all the years, literally hundreds. This picture is from a trip to Home Depot's headquarters in Atlanta (circa mid to late 80's), Jim, me, Mike M (Senior HD Lumber Buyer) and, of course, Romeo. We admired him so much, loved him dearly, and will miss him always. Please accept our sincere condolences.
God Bless Romeo, may he rest in peace!

Marlene and family,
I am saddened to hear of Romeo's passing! I worked with Romeo for a few years in Lumber Sales and I cannot say enough about how much I respected this man! His knowledge of the business, his professionalism, and his ability to lead are only some of what I observed at work. More importantly, I loved how passionate he was when he talked about his family! I lived one street over from the Cyr's and many times in a snow storm he would say "Barb, don't make your husband come out in this mess, I will drive you home" On our way home he would tell me about his family and he was so proud of them all and their accomplishments. I used to run into him often walking around our neighborhood with his dog and he would joke that he walked more miles than me which is probably true. I think the one thing about Romeo I will remember the most was his sense of humor! He was so much fun to work with. I had the pleasure of chatting with Romeo and Marlene at Shannex in Quispamsis when my in laws were living there as well. Even with the challenges he was enduring, he still had his sense of humor! I was honored to have known and worked with your husband, father, and grandfather and I will remember him fondly! You will all be in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time!

Dear Marlene and family, my deepest sympathies for the loss of a great man, husband and father. Romeo and I met in 1969 and from that date we developed a lasting friendship and business relationship. We worked together exporting Irving lumber all over the world. During those years I had the pleasure to hear of your warm and caring family, your children's accomplishments and most of all the love he had for you, his devoted wife. Romeo's cheerful nature and optimism brightened even the longest work days that benefited those working with him and earned him great respect in the industry. We are thinking of you during this difficult time and very sorry for your loss.

I have had no contact with Romeo for decades, but I have fond memories of meeting with him while he was at lumber sales and I was at Sunbury Transport, back in the 80's. He was tough, direct, driven, fair, and had a great sense of humour as long as you had enough trucks to fill his needs! My condolences to all of the family. You should be proud of Romeo and a live well lived.
