Obituary of Joy Skipp
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Joy I. Skipp announces her passing, which occurred on Monday, September 14, 2020 at Loch Lomond Village 10 days shy of her 93rd birthday. Born in England on September 24, 1927 she was a daughter of the late Frank and Ida Smith.
Joy will be missed by her beloved husband Leslie Edward Skipp; her son Gareth; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Joy was predeceased by two brothers, Frank and Jack Smith.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). Joy’s funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18, 2020 at 2:00 pm from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel. Guests are asked to enter the funeral home using the courtyard entrance, where staff will greet and assist you with Covid-19 protocol.
