Mike was my next door neighbor in The Park in FL for 8 years. He was an excellent man of good character. Linda and I spent a week in their home as quests two years ago. We talked American politics, which he loved to do, socialized together and he was just enjoyable to be around. Nothing I can say here will be able to describe the loss I feel with his passing. The Park will never be the same to me. Larry Eldridge

Mike was a special person in our family and always will be. He is my eldest cousin on my mother’s side. When his mother died he took on the tradition of fudge making of which I have been the happy recipient for many years. I literally have gone from country to country tasting fudge and none of them have ever met his high mark.
Lynn, Andy, Brent and all the family, my condolences.
We love you and we will miss you Mike but you will never be forgotten!

My heartfelt condolences to my dear sister Lynn, and her boys, for the passing of Mike, her husband, their Dad and friend.
Lynn and Mike loved each other so much, married out of high school. They created such a wonderful life together with their 2 boys Brent and Andy. Lynn and Mike have been enjoying retirement in Largo, Fl.
I have enjoyed hanging out with them down in Florida, going to buffets, “senior special please”, and browsing the flea markets and garage sales.... Mike had a funny, wicked laugh, with a great sense of humour.
He loved to have long chats with the neighbours and became a friend to everyone he met.
I will miss my brother-in-law so much.
I love you Mike, from Jean

I married into this family and what a bonus to have met Mike and Lynn as a result. I was lucky to be a passenger on Mike’s last boat and will remember that trip forever. He and his fund of knowledge will be sorely missed as will his wry sense of humour! Last I saw him was on a deck overlooking the Bay of Fundy and he and Lynn regaled us with stories of boating those treacherous waters. What a suitable memory of this man.
