Obituary of Norman Landry
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Norman Landry announces his passing on December 13, 2020. Born in Shediac, NB, on June 21, 1950, he was the son of the late Dismas Landry and Eva (Boudreau) Fougere.
Norman is survived by his siblings: Léa Payne, Bertha (Dominic) Ruffo, Roger (Debbie) Landry, Pamela Fougere, and Deb Janes; as well as nieces and nephews: Roy Payne, Todd Payne, Heather MacKenzie, and Michael Landry.
Besides his parents, Norman was predeceased by his brother-in-law Richard Payne.
Norman had several hobbies that he loved over the years, including riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, fishing and golfing. He was part of a motorcycle club, and would go out with friends to watch a local hockey game or grab some Tim’s coffee. Norman was also fond of animals, especially cats, and will be greatly missed by his cat Sandy. Norman was dependable and reliable and you always knew that you could count on him to be there when you needed him. Norman was truly loved and will be missed by his family and friends.
Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, N.B. (634-7424). In keeping with Norman’s wishes, no services will be held at this time. Interment will be in Cap-Pélé, at a later date.
