Worked with Lisa at the Delta. A great co-worker and so pleasant to be around. She had such an uplifting spirit and had that way in bringing out the best in those she touched. Lisa was just so fun to be around. RIP Lisa, love Nancy xoxo

So sorry to read about Lisa's passing. I taught Lisa at Hazen-White / St. Francis School and became quite close to her. My oldest son had diabetes and was around the same age as Lisa so I took her under my wing to help her learn & cope with her condition. Also when I was looking for a kitten she told me a stray was around the neighbourhood and needed a home. I took the kitten home and called him Lucky. He was part of my family for 14 years. I always thought of Lisa when we snuggled up.
I am involved with the Crescent Valley Resource Centre and will give them a donation in Lisa's name.
