Mr Marr and Beth
Please accept my deepest condolences for the loss of a very lovely and amazing lady. I am broken hearted even after not seeing her all these years. When we were in Petawawa she treated me well and like a son. I’ll never forget how kind she was. She was always a nurse. I remember one time I had a piece of sharp porcelain stuck in my foot which the MIR didn’t get out. I was complaining that my foot still hurt a week after and Mrs Marr put on her nurses hat and fixed me up. I must add that Mr Marr was laughing at me in pain and was threatening to pour salt on my wound. All in good fun though. I know she has a place in heaven and will be welcomed with open arms. Things right now are dark but in time your pain will be replaced with the wonderful memories of her life and the love she had for both of you. God bless you and I’ll keep you both in my prayers.

To John and the Marr Family - from New Zealand, please accept my most sincere condolences at this challenging time.
I and many other Kiwis' were honoured to meet Anne in the Sinai Peninsula during 1992 & 1993.
Her and John impressed everybody as a strong, honest, hardworking, good-humoured team so I know that losing her physical presence will be tough on the family.
In the days ahead, stay strong, say her name often and know that although distance separates us, a friendship that was created many years and many miles ago is with you. Take care and kindest regards.

Rest In Peace Anne
“She Was There”
When a calming, quiet presence was all that was needed, She was there.
In the excitement and miracle of birth or in the mystery and loss of life, She was there.
When a silent glance could uplift a patient, family member or friend, She was there.
At those times when the unexplainable needed to be explained, She was there.
When the situation demanded a swift foot and sharp mind, She was there
When a gentle touch, a firm push, or an encouraging word was needed, She was there
In choosing the best one from a familyís ìThank Youî box of chocolates, She was there.
To witness humanity- it’s beauty, in good times and bad, without judgment, She was there.
To embrace the woes of the world, willingly, and offer hope, She was there.
And now, that it is time to be at the Greater One's side, She is there.
