When we could hear Edith sing as we entered the kitchen at Rocmaura, we knew it was going to be a good day; good food, good ideas, good fun. Edith had her own way of getting things done like standing on a trolly to reach up to a tall shelf , running in the kitchen, taking time to chat and cheer up a resident....a wonderful balance of hard work and play. Well done Edith. Condolences to her family and friends.

From the Board of Directors, Management and Staff of Rocmaura Nursing Home, caring thoughts are with you. May the sympathy of those who share in your loss be of comfort. Edith was part of the fabric of Rocmaura, from the time she came to work here many years ago, dating back to the days when Sister Lucy Demonceau used to manage the kitchen. She will be so vary missed. Staff lined our halls to pay their respects in an honour guard.
