Obituary of Byron Wayne Rogers
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Byron Wayne Rogers, husband of Lynn Marie Rogers, announces his passing which occurred on January 27th of 2021. Byron passed peacefully in his sleep at his home in Baxters Corner. Born May 4th, 1960, he was the seventh child of the late Joseph Rogers and Winnifred Howe.
Byron was a man who put his family before everything, held a conviction for integrity, was always ready to amuse the kids, or go on an adventure around the province. He saw many sights in many places, touched the lives of many people, garnered the respect of his colleagues, but always maintained a humble and affectionate demeanour. His accomplishments were plentiful and able to be enjoyed in the years to come by the ones he loves.
He will be forever missed but not forgotten by his two children, Ben and Sarah, nor his loving wife Lynn. His surviving siblings will likewise carry on his memory: Buster (Yvonne) Rogers, Marilyn (Philip) Cornfield, Shelly (Norman) Daviault, Sherry (Earl) Cyr, and Winnifred (Bryant) Bastarache. Their children and spouses will hold onto fond memories of Uncle Byron. Services are private.
A Memorial Barbecue will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2022, beginning at 2:00 PM, at Byron's residence. Please contact Byron's daughter, Sarah Rogers for any questions. (Cellphone - 506-608-9409, Home phone - 506-978-0925)
