Celebration of Bill's Life from Kingston, Ontario\
It is with great sadness in my heart to hear of Bill's passing. His journey on earth has ended. Pam and Will may all your memories comfort you at this time. I celebrate the man, Bill Allen who taught me how to drive and thank his amazing wife, Pamela for allowing him to, many many years ago. And so much more in between. All who knew Bill have a tear in their eye and a smile on their face. Good bye young fella, we will meet again. Wendy Lovett
