Dear Janette
We're sorry to hear of Gus passing. Gordon and I send out condolences. We quickly became friends when we came to rent his home on donlea drive. Our 3 daughter's came to affectionately think of him as their Grampy who lived downstairs. He was a beautiful soul and we know he is in heaven. Love and virtual hugs from the Haines family.

Dear Janette and family
Our condolences to you and your family on the passing of Gus.
Gus always had a friendly smilng face whenever you met him. I will always remember the great times square dancing with him in a square. One club dress up fun night, he wore these multicoloured striped socks with individual toes in them. They were hilarious! So many memories, he will be missed, but he will have them dancing and laughing in Heaven.
Squarely yours, Rosalie and Stan Danells

Gus was always a great friend who extended a welcoming hand whether at home, in their trailer in St. Andrews, or in Florida. He enjoyed his musical friends, carpentry friends and fellow travellers.
We enjoyed many visits on different occasions and enjoyed sharing stories, experiences and a good sense of humor.
Jan, our best to you, as this will be a lonely time for you. But you will have good memories of a happy marriage and good wishes from family and friends. God bless you and we wish you every blessing in the days ahead!
