Obituary of Ray "Skip" Campbell

It is with great sadness that the family of Raymond Charles Campbell announce his passing on Monday, May 17, 2021, at his residence. Born on February 7, 1956, in Sussex, NB, he was a son of the late Albert and Vera (Currie) Campbell.

Ray loved listening to oldies music (especially Elvis!) and going for long walks. He will be missed by his family and his many friends.

Ray will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Kelly Campbell (Matthew Bower) of BC; sister, Lillian Lewis of Saint John; grandchildren, Michelle Robinson and Marcus Campbell; niece, Ginette Kelly (Greg); nephews, Richard, Mark and Danny Atkinson and Rob Clement; and Erin Kelly.

In addition to his parents, Ray was predeceased by his brothers, Roger and Dickie Campbell and his sisters, Mary Lee Clement and Sandra Currie; and Brent Kelly

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). A private family graveside service will take place in Midland Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances in Ray’s name may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. www.BrenansFH.com
