It was a privilege for me to get to know Muriel during her time at the Belleisle Bay and at her apt in Saint John where she was friends with my Aunt Grace. I also visited her many times after Aunt's passing and was so glad to visit her before she was at Rocmaura. She would lend me books, we both were avid readers. She was always so kind and ready with a cup of tea whenever I visited her. She would tell me stories of her family.. She was so proud of you all and looked forward to all your visits. I love the picture of her, it is exactly how I remember her. Sincerely, Doris Smith.

Sending you and your families our heartful condolences at this time of sadness. We always enjoyed Muriel and Henry's visits to Pomquet throughout the years and know she will be deeply missed by all. Take comfort in knowing she is now enjoying a cup of tea and big Hug from Henry.

What a beautiful picture of your mum. That's exactly as I remember her when she lived down the hall from Aunt Grace. I loved my visits with her; she was unfailingly welcoming, smiling and kind. She and my Aunt Grace shared a special, enduring friendship. Your mum was a dear soul, and I'm blessed to have known her. She loved to talk about her family; she loved you all very much.
