Your departed mother Marie Williams was a first cousin to us. Her father Curly Guscoe and our father Edward Adam Goshko were brothers. After uncle Curly's untimely death in 1978 we gradually lost touch with the extended family out east. However, as children we enjoyed many fond memories visiting Curly and Marjorie's home in Toronto, as well as uncle Curly's regular trips back to Edmonton to visit our grandmother Pauline Goshko and the rest of the family. On behalf of your extended family in Alberta we send our condolences. May your mother Marie's memory be eternal.

I was sorry to learn of your mother’s death. She was well liked at the Senior Centre quilt and craft group. Marie was a kind hearted person who went above and beyond when she heard I had a daughter interested in doing the Ukrainian Eggs she quickly got lots of info for me to share on this beautiful craft. Condolences to Lee. It has been a tough couple of years. Please know that Marie’s love for you was unconditional. She was a wonderful women. Not only quite bright but very talented as well. I missed my best friend when she left Brooks, Alberta many years go but we kept in constant touch through phone calls, cassette tape recordings (before the internet) and finally with daily emails. We had such good times doing photography, taking courses, joint garage sales and all the things that friends do together. I will miss her dearly. Condolences to Lee and Tayler.
I was very sad to hear of Maria's passing, I remember the many trips Marie and Richard made into my mom and dads, and Marie loved to tease, she was just fun to be around.
