I am very sorry to having lost Brent as a good friend who knew how to touch base with me on all kinds of topics. He and I had some great conversations and good times. In my opinion, Brent was an excellent artist and I wish he had finished a lot more paintings than he did. I kept telling him to paint some more pictures as he had a talent for making small details come out with clarity in his paintings. Brent is the 2nd good friend I had who passed away in just the past three months. It is hard to take. My other friend was named Charles as well. I will always have lots of good and fond memories of Brent's artistic work including his guitar playing. I had an experience with Brent and another guitar player friend of my granddaughter. I am not sure how it came about now but I was in a closed room with both of these guitar players; that is, I may also have been the only person to hear the music. Brent was playing various chords and my other friend, who was an accomplished guitarist, joined in on his guitar. Whatever or however they came up with the music, it was fantastic. I was the sole audience of these two and together they created some delightful guitar melodies. The experience was something I'll never forget. I am going to miss Brent as a friend and an advisor. He had a great friendship with my wife as well before she passed away a few years ago. I wish all his family and friends to remember Brent as a kind gentleman who always made you feel better about yourself and would go out of his way to help you.
