Obituary of Danny Chappel
The family of Danny Chappel of Titusville are heartbroken to announce his unexpected passing, which occurred at home on November 16, 2021. Born in Minto on January 1, 1963, he was the son of Malcolm and Doris (LeBlanc) Chappel.
Danny was a kid at heart. He could make anyone laugh; things were always sillier when he was around. His love for jokes and gags will live on through his children and grandchildren forever.
Danny wanted to help everyone and could never say no. He had a passion for building and was the best "guinnier"; he could make anything work. Danny was the hardest working man around and enjoyed every minute.
Danny's family was his pride and joy, he loved them with every ounce of his being and wasn't afraid to show it. Danny will be lovingly remembered and sorely missed by his wife and love of his life, Susan (Floyd); his daughter, Stephanie Gaudett aka "Munchkin" (Mark) of Maces Bay and his son, Brandon aka "Partner" (Ashley) of Kingston; along with the three twinkles in his eye, his granddaughters, Ava, Abigail and Stella. Danny couldn't wait to meet his upcoming grandchild, who would have been just as spoiled as the others.
Danny will also be remembered by his brother and best friend, Emery (Dawn); brothers, Ronnie (Karen) and Ricky; his sisters, Marilyn (Gerald), Cindy (George) and Sandra; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and coworkers.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Sunday, November 21, 2021 from 2:00 - 8:00 PM. The funeral service will take place in Brenan’s Chapel on Monday, November 22, 2021 at 12:00 PM. Due to Covid-19 health measures placed on indoor gatherings by the Government of New Brunswick, all those 12 and older attending the service or visitation will be required to show proof of vaccination and a piece of a government-issued ID or proof of medical exemption.
For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada - NB Chapter.
