Obituary of Brian James Cheverie

On April 2nd, 2022, our hearts were broken, and our lives were forever changed, with the sudden passing of Brian James Cheverie. Brian was born on July 6th, 1959, in Souris, PEI to Albert and Cora (nee Eldershaw) Cheverie.

Brian had many friends and was liked by everyone. He was kind and caring and enjoyed being with the people he loved. Brian was also a very skilled carpenter and was proud of his work. In his downtime, he enjoyed going for rides on his motorcycle, hunting and fishing.

Brian will be deeply missed by his loving children Danika, Amy, and Kyle; siblings Kerry, David (Sherry) and Tracy; Danika’s mother April; and several cousins and friends. Brian is predeceased by his parents and brother Albin.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). Visitations for Brian will be on Thursday, April 7th, and Friday, April 8th, 2022, from 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM. A celebration of life will follow on Saturday, April 9th, 2022, beginning at 3:00 PM at the Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel (111 Paradise Row, Saint John).
