Obituary of Keith Lawrence Macfarlane

It is with broken hearts that the family of Keith Lawrence Macfarlane announce his passing on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at Shannex, Parkland in the Valley. Born on December 26, 1962 in Toronto, Ontario, he was a son of the late Donald and Phyllis (Osbourne) Macfarlane.

Keith had hardship in his life but remained the most positive, upbeat person you could ever meet. He faced his adversity with great resilience and determination. He had a great passion for music but his greatest love was for his family, especially his daughter, Elizabeth. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Keith will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Elizabeth; stepdaughter, Lindsay Shore; stepson, Hayden Shore; sister, Liane Macfarlane; brother, Wayne (Carrie) Macfarlane; nieces and nephews, Jeremy and Nicola Hughes and Molly, Quinn and Griffin Macfarlane.

Keith’s family would like to express their gratitude to the compassionate staff at Shannex Parkland in the Valley for their devoted care and comfort during his stay there.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424). A Celebration of Keith’s life will be held in Saint John at a later date with interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto Ontario.
