Obituary of Gloria Ann Kelly
Kelly, Gloria Ann (Wilson)– With appreciation for a life well-lived, the family of Gloria Ann Kelly announces her passing, which occurred on Monday, May 15, 2017 at the Saint John Regional Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born in Saint John on October 22, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Francis "Frank" E. Wilson and Dorothy M. (Thibodeau) Wilson. Gloria will be missed by her daughter, Lori Crowder (Kevin); grandchildren, Lauren and Cameron Crowder; her siblings, Frank Wilson (Rowena), Judy Beyea and Sharon Hanley (Jim); sister-in-law, Joanne Wilson; as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family. In addition to her parents, Gloria was predeceased by a brother, Douglas Wilson. Gloria graduated from St. Vincent’s High School class of 1957, and went on to complete the Business Program at Saint John Vocational School. After completing her education, she worked for 33 years at CMHC Canada Mortgage and Housing. She was an outgoing person who enjoyed entertaining company and had many friends. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Holy Trinity Church, 348 Rockland Rd. Saint John on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at 12:00 pm. Interment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to any charity of the donor’s choice.
