Obituary of Margaret Mary Binns
The death of Margaret Mary (McCullough) Binns of 512 McKiel Street, Saint John West, wife of the late Edward Binns, occurred on Wednesday, August 31, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late William John and Mary Elizabeth (Verner) Conwell. Mrs. Binns was a Registered Nurses Assistant at the DVA and Turnbull Nursing Home for many years before her retirement. Following her retirement she moved to Sydney, Nova Scotia where she lived for 20 years before returning to Saint John. She has devoted her life to Community Services. She is survived by three children, Sean McCullough (Linda) of Grand Bay-Westfield, Caroline Green of Saint John and Paul McCullough (Karen) of Moncton, one sister, Jean Conwell of Toronto, ON, seven grandchildren, Mathew, Scott, Sarah, Ian, Patricia, Carrie and Ronald and four great grandchildren, Kyle, Joseph, Lexi and Madison. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral service will be held at Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, September 3, 2005 at 10:00 AM. Remembrances to the charity of the donors' choice would be appreciated.
