Obituary of Bertha Florence Buckley

Buckley, Bertha Florence The death of Bertha Florence Buckley, wife of the late Carl Buckley, occurred on October 13, 2005, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John she was the daughter of the late Albert and Frances (Sherwood) Wilson. She was employed with Wilson Studio for many years. She was a member of Crescent Valley Gospel Center. She is survived by her sons Carl Douglas (Annie) of Ottawa, Kenneth Wayne of Saint John, Ronald Edward (Joanne) of Saint John, her daughters Judith Ann (Robert Wood) of Saint John, Kimberley Dawn (Gordon Sterling) of Willow Grove and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family having been predeceased by her brothers and sisters. Resting at Brenans Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Saturday from 7-9 pm and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Monday, October 17, 2005, at 11:00 am, from Brenans Chapel. Interment will take place at Fernhill Cemetery.
