Obituary of Andrew Moore

The death of Andrew “Andy” Moore, 58, of Saint John, NB, passed away peacefully after a brief illness on Wednesday, November 9, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, Andy was a son of the late J. Hawley and Selina (Wagner) Moore. He was employed for several years as a photo-engraver at the Telegraph Journal and recently employed with NCO. Andy enjoyed harness racing and was an avid sports fan. He enjoyed trips to Florida and the South Shore of Nova Scotia. He is survived by two brothers, James (Madeline) of Saint John and David (Shani) of Moncton, NB; nieces, Lori Moore of Saint John and Megan Doucette (Steve) of Fredericton, NB; nephews, Peter Moore of Douglas, NB, Ryan McKim of Saint John and D'arcy McKim of Fredericton, NB; and 7 great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Charlotte McKim. Andy will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506-634-7424), with visiting on Sunday, from 7 ? 9 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 14, 2005 at 11:00am from Brenan's Chapel. Interment will take place in Fernhill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick or to a charity of the donor's choice.
