Obituary of Evelyn May Piercy

Piercy, Evelyn May ? The death of Evelyn May Piercy of Saint John North, NB occurred on Thursday, December 8, 2005 at her residence. Born in Saint John July 23, 1912, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Jennie (Humphrey) Piercy. She was a lifelong resident of this city and was formerly employed with New System Laundry. She is survived by a cousin, Ethel Parlee and Ethel's family. She was predeceased by a brother, Gordon; sisters, Greta Williams and Edna Piercy; and a special friend, Irene McGillvery. A graveside service will be held at Fernhill Cemetery on Monday, December 12, 2005 at 3:30 p.m. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506-634-7424).
