Obituary of Isabelle Laura Melvin

Melvin, Isabelle L. ? The death of Isabelle Laura (Clark) Melvin of Saint John, wife of the late Ernest Melvin, occurred on January 2, 2006 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, she was a daughter of the late Milton and Emma (Byers) Clark. She is survived by two sons: Glendon (Marsha) Melvin of Saint John and Stephen Melvin of Sussex; two daughters: Brenda Duquette of Edmonton and Kim (Jim) St. Croix of Petitcodiac; brother, Allan Clark of Saint John; sisters: Donna (Ken) Hobbs of Saint John, Bonnie (Brian) Wright and Peggy (Pat) McCaughan both of Quispamsis; nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and her cat Fluffy. Besides her husband and parents she was predeceased by son, Robert, brother, Billy, sisters Shirley, Erminie, Lila and Helen. By request there will be no visiting or funeral service. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2006 in St. Joseph's Cemetery at 11:00 am. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
