Obituary of James Henry McCloskey
McCloskey, James “Jim” Henry ? Passed away in his sleep, James “Jim” Henry McCloskey of Saint John, NB. Predeceased by his loving parents, James Leo McCloskey of Boiestown, NB and Stella (Henry) McCloskey of South Tetagouche, NB and his sisters: Mary Geraldine, Adeline Estelle and Alice Elizabeth (Fuller, Mike). Survived by an only brother, W/O (RCAF) Leo Joseph Fenton (Joe) of Comox, BC (Joan): two sisters, Doris Anita, (husband, Kenneth Burgess, deceased) of Ottawa, ON and Etta Margaret Louise Powers (Bob) of Barrie, ON; also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, dearly loved. Jim grew up with the MacAfee family in Maguerville, NB, and had cherished memories of them and the Moxie family. A member of the RCAF for three years, Jim later on retired from the RCAF, joined the CNR, where he worked for many years. He loved Saint John and New Brunswick. Interment will take place in the family plot in Boiestown, NB (Catholic Heritage Cemetery) at a later date. He would like to be remembered in prayer or donation to St. Joachim's Cemetery, Boiestown, NB.
