Obituary of Arnold Currie Miller
The death of Arnold Currie Miller of Pipertown Road, Summerville, NB, husband of Marlene (Taylor) Miller, occurred on Friday, January 20, 2006 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on the Kingston Peninsula, he was the son of the late Charles and Viola (Currie) Miller. Mr. Miller owned and operated Arnold Miller and Sons Painting for many years. He was a member of Bayswater/Summerville United Church and loved golfing, music, dancing and was an avid gardener. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Christopher (Brenda) of Saint John and Grant (April MacFarland) of Summerville, one daughter, Lisa Miller of Saint John, two brothers, Ronald (Mary) of Bayswater and Russell (Connie) of Rothesay, four grandchildren, Nicholas, Jazmin and Cordell Miller and Keith McLaughlin, several nieces and nephews. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Sunday 7-9 PM and Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral service will be held at Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, January 24, 2006 at 2:15 PM. Interment in Spruce Hill Cemetery, Bayswater, NB. Remembrances to the Cordell Miller Trust Fund or the charity of the donors' choice would be appreciated.
