Obituary of Louise Bannan

Bannan, Louise ? The death of Louise Bannan of Mansfield Place, Saint John West occurred at her residence on February 17, 2006. Born on May 27, 1921, Grand Manan, NB, she was the daughter of the late Roland and Elizabeth (Daley) Guthrie. Louise worked in the Food Industry until her retirement. Survived by her son: Edward (Myrna) of Gatineau, PQ; three brothers: Clifford, Lorne and Leamon all of Saint John, NB, 6 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, sister in law Marie Guthrie and Kevin and Susan Basgue who were like family. Louise was predeceased by one brother Winston and her only sister Lois Thomas. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB 634-7424 at Louise's request there will be no visitation or funeral service. The family will have a private committal service at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
