Obituary of William Kilburn Usher

Usher, William (Bill) Kilburn - the death of Bill Usher, husband of the late Catherine (English) Usher occurred at St. Joseph's Hospital on Wednesday, April 26th, 2006. He was born on December 13th, 1921 in Grand Bay, NB to the late Wellington G. and Helen Kilburn Usher. Bill owned and operated W. G. Usher Co. Ltd. until his retirement. Bill is survived by one daughter Cathy (John) Philpott of Ottawa, ON; one son Robert of Saint John, NB and three granddaughters Karen, Lori, and Susan Philpott. Besides his wife, Bill was predeceased by brother Ronald in 1930. At Bill's request there will be no visitation or funeral service. The arrangements have been entrusted to Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB 634-7424. Following cremation internment to be held in Cedar Hill Extension.
