Obituary of PAULINE A. ALDERMAN
The death of Pauline Anna Alderman formerly of 1100 Manawagonish Road, Saint John, wife of the late Jack Alderman, occurred on Thursday, June 15, 2006 at the Carleton-Kirk Lodge. Born in Central Blissville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Lena (Charlton) Banks. Pauline catered for many years at St. Mark's United Church for the Kiwanis Club of Lancaster and was a member of Hillcrest United Baptist Church and a member and treasurer of Hillcrest Village Senior Citizens Club. She is survived by three sons, Jack "Butch" (Colleen) of Lorneville, Donnie of Saint John and Harry (Susan) also of Saint John, one sister, Gloria Redner (Val) of Ontario, five grandchildren, Sherrilee, Jaclyn, Richard, Leslie and Jessica, four great grandchildren, Ashley, Brock, Madison and Kohen, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sons, Douglas and Wayne and three sisters, Dorothy, Jean and Erma. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Saturday 7-9 PM and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral service will be held at Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, June 19, 2006 at 2:30 PM. Interment in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. Remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Kidney Foundation, Crohn's and Colitis Foundation or the charity of the donors' choice would be appreciated.
