Obituary of Anna Rose Hebert
The death of Anna Rose Hebert of 219 Ellerdale Street, Saint John, NB, wife of Earl Hebert, occurred on Thursday, July 6, 2006 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Henry and Anna Rose (Devlin) McCarthy. Mrs. Hebert was formerly employed at City Hall and was a member of Stella Maris Parish and the CWL of St. Pius X Parish. Besides her husband, she is survived by four sons, Joseph of Ottawa, ON, Paul (Sheila) of Rothesay, Frank of Saint John and John of Ottawa, ON; five daughters, Erline Walsh (Thomas) of Rothesay, Nancy Marie Patterson (Lawrence) of Rothesay, NB, Margaret Totton (Larry), Bonita Jean Barker (Paul) and Rosanne Spencer (Gary), all of Saint John; one brother, Joseph McCarthy of Markdale, ON; one sister, Nancy Marie Stankov of Brantford, ON; 16 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one son, Albert, one grandson, Christopher, one granddaughter, Ashley Marie, three brothers, Thomas, Frank and Owen, and a sister, Margaret. By request of the family there will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Pius X Church, Somerset Street, Saint John on Monday, July 10, 2006 at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Remembrances to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of NB, Canadian Diabetes Association or the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
