Obituary of Phebe Lavinia BOGLE

The death of Phebe Lavinia Bogle of Saint John, NB, occurred on Friday, September 22, 2006 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in New Jerusalem, Queens County, NB a daughter of the late Maurice and Phebe (Vallis) Bogle. Phebe had been employed with the T.S. Simms Co. for over forty years, a member of Portland United Church and a former member of Centenary Queen Square Church. Survived by two brothers: Basil (Barbara) Bogle of Lepreau, NB and Arthur (Doreen) Bogle of Browns Flat, NB; two sisters: Josephine Downs of Victoria, BC and Marion Langtree of Beaverton, ON; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by three brothers: George, Lawrence and Vernon Bogle; three sisters: Emily Wilson, Ina and Hazel Bogle. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Monday, September 25, 2006 at 2:15 pm. Interment will be in Ocean View Memorial Gardens. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick or a charity of the donor’s choice.
