Obituary of PAUL E. G CLARK
The death of Paul E. G. Clark of Rothesay, husband of Sharon (Zed) Clark, occurred peacefully on Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at the Saint John Regional Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Saint John on January 12, 1946, he was the son of the late Harry and Irene (Mawhinney) Clark. Paul was a Commercial Real Estate Agent for over 20 years and was most recently affiliated with Cushman and Wakefield LePage Inc. He was an avid golfer and a member of Riverside Country Club, member of the Union Club, Duck Unlimited, Saint John Board of Trade and attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Rothesay. Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Erica Howell (Ted) of Rhode Island and Dr. Janice Irwin (Dr. Stephen) of Houston, TX, one brother, H. Mel Clark (Judith) of Rothesay, one sister, Ann Turcotte (Dr. Robert) of Saint John, twin granddaughters, Alexandra and Sydney Howell, grandson, Nicholas Irwin, several cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one sister, the Honorable Nancy E. Clark Teed. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Rothesay, on Saturday, October 14, 2006 at 10:00 AM. Interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Saint John Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated.
