Obituary of Mary P. O’Neal

The death of Mary P. O’Neal, wife of the late Milton M. O’Neal, occurred on October 28, 2006 at the St. John & St. Stephen Church Home. Born in Saint John she was the daughter of the late Walter J. and Maude (Boyd) Harding. She was a member of the 1930 Graduating Class of Saint John High School, the 1934 Class of the Saint John General Hospital School of Nursing and was a Life Member of General Hospital Alumnae. She was a member of Centenary Queen Square Church and she belonged to the UCW. Her brother John Harding predeceased her. Surviving are several cousins and a host of friends. Following cremation at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), the Committal Service will be held on Friday, November 3, 2006, 1:00 pm, at Fernhill Cemetery followed by a reception at Centenary Queen Square Church, 215 Wentworth Street. Remembrances made to a charity of donor’s choice would be appreciated.
