Obituary of Isabel Ida Blizzard
Surrounded by her loving family Isabel passed away at her residence in Milford on November 18, 2006. She was the wife of the late Percy Blizzard. Born in Rexton, NB, she was the daughter of the late William ans Anna (Babineau) Martin. Isabel had a strong faith and was a member of St. Rose of Lima Church. She is survived by her thirteen children Joan Theall (Buddy) Public Landing, Betty Anne Lamb Saint John, Jean Little (Ralph) Long Reach, Nancy Mowery Saint John, Gertrude Roberts (Chris) Golden Grove, and Barbara Koks (Bill) Saint John, Donnie Fredericton, Murray (Geraldine) Grand Bay, James (Norma), David (Deanne), John (Linda), Wayne (Pam), and Malcolm, all of Saint John, daughter-in-law Joyce Blizzard, her sister Betty Ketchum, brother David Martin, fourty-two grandchildren, fifty-eight great grandchildren, nine great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughters Mildred, Doreen, Mary and her sons Percy (Wipper) and Paul. Resting at Brenans Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Sunday and Mondayfrom 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00 am from St. Rose of Lima Church. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. Remembrances made the Canadain Cancer Society or charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
