Obituary of M. Doris Gray
Gray, M. Doris … The death of Mary Doris (Duguay) Gray, of Saint John, NB, wife of the late Bert Gray, occurred on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, she was a daughter of the late Angus and Nellie (Kibble) Duguay. Doris was employed as a waitress at the White House Lodge and various other restaurants around Saint John, and was a member of St. Ann’s Church and the W.O. Sergeants Mess Ladies Auxiliary Association. She is survived by four sons: Gerald, David (Theresa), Stephen (Anne) and Dennis; one daughter Carol (Fred) Joyce; one sister, Frances (Roderick) Déon; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents she was predeceased by one son, Edward and several brothers and sisters. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Friday, May 16, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday, May 17, 2008 from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 am. Interment will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
