Obituary of Marie Wilson
The death of Willa Marie Wilson, of Saint John, NB, wife of the late Alfred Scully occurred on Monday, January 26, 2004 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Centreton, Kingston Penninsula, NB on November 28, 1908, she was the daughter of the late William R. and Lottie (Fullerton) Jenkins. She was a former member of the Long Reach United Church. Willa be sadly missed by two sons, Alan (Sandra) and Gerald (Karolyn) Wilson, both of Saint John, NB; as well as grandchildren, Rick (Linda) Wilson, David (Susan)Wilson, Jeff (Kim) Wilson, Russell (Lisa) Wilson, Kathy (John) Turner, Mark (Marjorie) Wilson, and Krista (Paul) MacDonald; 10 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband she was predeceased one brother, Charles and four sisters, Beatrice Lugrin, Marjorie Keith, Mabel Haslett and Hazel Mulvey. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, (506-634-7424), with visiting on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service on Thursday, January 29, 2004 at 2:15 p.m. from Brenan's Chapel with interment at Long Reach Cemetery in the Spring. Remembrances may be made to Long Reach United Church Memorial Fund or the charity of the donor's choice.
