Obituary of Stella Rosenell Sheehan King

Stella Rosenell (Sheehan) King of Saint John, wife of Sutton King, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 12, 2009 at her residence. Born at Saint John on September 30, 1955, she was a daughter of Catherine (Tokach) Sheehan and the late Charles Sheehan Sr. In addition to her husband and to her mother of Saint John, Stella is survived by two daughters, Stacy Sheehan of Saint John and Vera Ann Sheehan of Quispamsis; a sister, Helen Brewer (Hayward) of Fredericton; brothers Michael Sheehan (Mabel), Timothy Sheehan, and Douglas Sheehan (Shelley), all of Saint John; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Stella was predeceased by a sister, Gail; and by brothers Charles Jr. and Billy. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 AM from Brenan’s Chapel. Interment will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
