Obituary of Devan James Wayne Paul

PAUL, Devan James Wayne - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Devan James Wayne Paul, who passed away at Grand Bay-Westfield, Friday, July 16, 2010. Born on January 3, 1997, Devan was a son of Stephen (Lisa Wood) Paul and Angela (Jeff Wilson) Ross. Devan attended River Valley Middle School. He had a free spirit, and enjoyed nature and being outdoors and times skating on his skateboard. Besides his parents, he is survived by paternal grandparents, John-Paul and Fran Ross; maternal grandparents, Gaylon and Ann Paul; great grandmother, Dora Paul; his step-grandparents, Ross and Brenda Wood and Dianne Byers; siblings, Dylan Paul, Kaylee Barnes, Julia Wood, Nicholas Wilson, Madison Wilson; specials cousins, Brooke, Ashley, Megan, Nicole, Abby, Graycie, Johnny, Hudson and Mackenzie; aunts and uncles, Jim (Lori) Ross, Gordon (Caley), JP (Shaleen) Ross and Debra (Keith) Beddow; Special friends, Devon Charlton and Alexis Sears. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424 with visitation on Tuesday, July 20, 7-9 pm and Wednesday, July 21, 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian burial will take place Thursday, July 22, 2010 at 11 am. at St. Pius X Church. Interment will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery, Saint John West. For those who wish, remembrances to I.W.K. Children’s Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
