Obituary of Paul Gormley

The death of David Paul Gormley of Saint John, NB occurred on Friday, April 2nd, 2004 at Rocmaura Nursing Home. Born in Saint John, son of the late John Patrick and Mary Catherine (Gallant) Gormley; Paul had been associated with Key Industries Training School, was an avid bowling enthusiast, was a member of St. Peter's Parish and had attended the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. Survived by one sister, Anne Marie (Ian) Anderson of Hampton; three brothers, J. Richard (Mary) Gormley of Fredericton, Joseph A. (Carmelita) Gormley of Saint John and Francis S. (Esther) Gormley of Kingston, NB; several cousins. Predeceased by two brothers, J. Gerard Gormley and Leo P. Gormley; two sisters, Margaret Mary Gormley and Mary Clare Gormley. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Monday, April 5, 2004 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter's Church, 50 Clarendon Street, Saint John on Tuesday, April 6, 2004 at 3:00 pm. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to Rocmaura Nursing Home or to a charity of the donor's choice.
