Obituary of M. Opal Barton

It is with great sadness the passing of Margaret Opal Barton formerly of Cumberland Bay, NB, occurred on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at the Church of St. John and St. Stephen Nursing Home. Born on May 13, 1916 at the Range, NB, she was a daughter of the late Willard and Bridget (McNamara) Barton. She is survived by sister, Velma Wyman of Saint John; several cousins, nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by brothers, Joseph and Alex. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, with visiting on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held from Brenan's Chapel on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at 2:00 pm. Interment will take place in Lower Range Cemetery at a later date.
