Obituary of Frances Ricketts

Unexpectedly at her residence, the death of Frances Ricketts occurred on June 25, 2011. She was born on November 11, 1928 in Saint John to the late John and Bethia (Boyd) Beck. Frances worked for Trecartin Brothers Ltd. for over 27 years until her retirement. She was a member of Main Street Baptist Church. Frances is survived by her sister, Myrtle Parcels of Milton, ON; several nieces and nephews and their families. Besides her parents she was predeceased by brothers: Arnold, Charles, Martin and Arthur Beck and sisters: Ethel Patterson, Lillian Brewer, Hazel Young, Malinda "Lynn" Hovey, Pearl Wall, Thelma Earle and Audrey Beck. Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting beginning at 1:00 pm followed by the funeral service at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 from Brenan’s Chapel. Interment will take place in Fernhill Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances to the charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
