Obituary of Eugenie Mary Leblanc
With great sadness we announce the passing of Eugenie Mary Leblanc at her home in Redhead on November 22, 2012. Born in Sussex, N.B. she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Eugenie Leblanc. Jeannie grew up in Upham and St. Martins N.B. then lived her life in Saint John where she worked as a chef at various establishments. Jeannie is survived by her longtime partner Alan Maund, her three sons Michael, Troy and Trevor Holland, several grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews. Sisters Marguerite Marley of Saint John, Denise Richard (Allison) of Clover Hill, Anna Robichaud of Cocagne, Doreen Boucher (Clarence) of Cap Lumiere and Claudia Thibodeau (Laurence) of Willowgrove. Brothers James (Linda) and Edward (Jane) Leblanc of St. Martins. Sisters-in-law Lucy Leblanc of Rothesay, Mary and Barbara Leblanc of St. Martins. Predeceased by four brothers, Raymond, Leo, William and Joseph. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 26, 2012 at 11:00 AM from St. William’s Church, St. Martins. For those who wish, remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
