Obituary of Sharon Dunnett - Langille

Surrounded by her family, Sharon Dunnett – Langille, wife of George F. Langille passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 9, 2012 at the Victoria Hospital, London, ON. She was born on June 19, 1952 in Fredericton to the late Omer and Helena (Underhill) Dunnett. Sharon had various occupations over the years, spending the last few years as a pre-school teacher in London, ON. She was a member of the Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, Church Choir, Social Committee, and helped with the Youth Group. Sharon was a volunteer with the Rodney Sea Cadets, Navy League of Canada. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother; who loved to bake, knit and read. Sharon and George enjoyed trailoring at the Coy Lake Campground, Gagetown. Sharon is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, George; three sons: Chris (Angela) of Saint John, Kurt (Danielle) and Patric of London, ON; four grandchildren: Worren, Caleb, Kyla, and Sophie and several nieces and nephews. Sharon was predeceased by her parents; brother, Omer and sister, Liz. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Thursday from 2-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 360 Dufferin Row on Friday, December 14, 2012 at 12 noon. Interment will take place in Greenwood Cemetery. For those who wish remembrances to the NB Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
