Obituary
Obituary of William A. Fairweather
With his loving family at his side, Bill Fairweather of Saint John, husband of Angela (O’Donnell) "Angie" Fairweather, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2013 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born October 6, 1963, he was a son of the late Lloyd Allen and Helen Irene (Knowles) Fairweather. Billy worked as a mechanic in the automotive industry- an occupation that he loved. He had great knowledge of how things worked, and was the go-to guy for getting things working. Being an avid golfer, Billy made sure he was on the green at least once a week during golf season. He was also a regular blood donor, a past member of St. Mary’s Band, a great companion to his canine friend, Rapper, and a loyal family man; he loved his time with his family more than anything. Besides his cherished wife Angie, Billy is survived by his daughter, Cynthia; son, Mackenzie; his sister, Claire; his brother, Keith; as well as several cousins, nieces, and nephews. Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Thursday, March 28, 2013 from 6-8 PM & Friday, March 29, 2013 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 11:00 AM from Cornerstone Baptist Church, 42 Leinster Street. Interment will follow in Fernhill Cemetery. Remembrances to Pancreatic Cancer Canada or St. Mary’s Band would be appreciated by the family. Please place online condolences and remembrances to www.brenansfh.com.
