Obituary of Dolores Helena MacAlpine Kennedy

The death of Dolores H. MacAlpine Kennedy occurred on Wednesday, August 11, 2004, at the Saint John Regional Hospital following a brief illness. Born in Sydney, NS, she was the daughter of the late William and Emmelia (White) MacAlpine. She was formerly employed with Budget Rent A Car for over 20 years and for the past 12 years she was the owner operator of Treadles Alterations. She is survived by her son Joel (Rhonda) of Saint John East, Sherry Kennedy (Tom) of Bains Corner, her grandchildren Jonathan, Jordan, Ryan and Tristan and several nieces and nephews. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, (506-634-7424), with visiting on Thursday, August 12, 2004 from 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be celebrated on Friday, August 13, 2004, at 9:00 am from Brenan's Chapel. Interment will take place at St. Gregory Cemetery, Liverpool, NS. Remembrances to the N B Lung Association or a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
