Obituary of William Joseph Ballard
It is with heavy hearts that the family of William Joseph “Bill” Ballard announce his passing, after a brief illness, at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Sunday, July 10th, 2022.
Bill was born in Saint John on July 25th, 1951, son of the late Harold and Florence (nee Keir) Ballard.
Along with his wife Noreen (nee Meahan), Bill is survived by his son Michael (Kelly); grandchildren Rowan and Jake; brother Brian (Brenda); sisters Anna Pierce (Ken) and Louise Franklin, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Bill is predeceased by his brothers Michael and Harold “Howie” Ballard.
A Funeral Liturgy will be held at Holy Redeemer Parish, 316 Somerset Street, Saint John, on Thursday, July 14th, 2022, at 12 noon, with a reception to follow. Arrangements are entrusted to Brenan’s Funeral Home (634-7424).
