Obituary of Albert John Lyons

The death of Albert Lyons occurred on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at his home.  Born on May 29, 1948 in Doaktown, he was a son of the late Jack Lyons and Greta (Price) McConnell.

Albert will be lovingly remembered by his children, Anita Crosby (Skip), Wilfred Dunphy and Christie Dunphy; the mother of his children, Audrey Dunphy; sister, Judy Robichaud (Dusty); brothers, Vance, Berley, Harold and Richard; precious grandchildren, Douglas, Ashlee, Merrissa, Chloee and Cohen; adored great-grandchildren, Landon and Carson; as well as many nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son, JR; sisters, Marcella, Norma and Mabel; brother, Howard and grandson, Brandon.

In keeping with Albert’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.  A private interment will take place at a later date.  Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111, Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424).

For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of NB.
