I am one of Bill's neighbors at Turnbull Place. He always lended a helping hand if you needed anything. We had many barbeques at the back of house. Lots of good food and laughs. He took a liking to my cat, Rocco and got to even spend the night at his place. I do believe that my cat was looking for him when he was in the hospital. RIP Bill, no more pain or suffering.
