Obituary of George Leo Parlee Jr.

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of George Leo Parlee Jr. on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at his residence. Born April 4, 1951, in Saint John, he was a son of the late George Leo and Freda Mary (Casey) Parlee.

George was a choir boy with the Cathedral Choir and was an avid gardener.

George is survived by his brothers: David, Norman (Sharon), Tony, and Jerry (Cindy); sisters: Gail Cullins (Joe), Colleen Belleville (Billy), and Judy Fairweather; several nieces and nephews and cousins.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings: Edward, Billy, Bobby, Barbara, Teddy, and Shirley; and sister-in-law, Winnie Saunders.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424). In keeping with George’s wishes, there will be no funeral service.
