Aunt Chrissy you will be missed!
To me you were always the crafty lady. At Christmas we would all wonder what new craft goodie we would receive in our gift bags that year. My favourite was the coasters made out of the seams from an old pair of jeans. Such a simple item, but so very crafty. I will treasure mine always! When I found out you were a fan of the TV series Downton Abby I knew when their new movie came out we had to go see it, so that’s what we did. Ann, Kathleen you and I all went to see it. It was wonderful. I know you recently told me you had just finished watching the series again on Netflix. Another area we had similar interests was in pickling. I make mustard pickles (which I don’t like) for Kevin but never have I made beets (which I love). So every year we would swap. I have the last bottle from you in my fridge and for supper last night I had some in your honour. Yum! Oh and the puzzles we would trade back and forth with Ann. I still have one of yours at home. I’ll have to make it agin soon. You will always be Connor and Kathleen’s third honorary grandmother (you can never have to many) and will be terribly missed by us all. Love Kelly
